If you’re like us, we like to kick Mondays of with planning our beauty looks for the rest of the week. That said, we’re often thinking about how we can recreate some of the celebrity hair and makeup moments we spotted on Instagram over the weekend. As for this past Friday through Sunday? It’s clear that it was about all things natural glam thanks to wet hair looks, nude lip gloss, and shapely brows.
At the top of our feed, supermodel Anok Yai rocked a shiny bob cut and bangs that were slicked down to her forehead. Similarly, Aoki Lee Simmons’ slicked back wash-and-go curls were at shoulder length, and drawn back into a bun by the end of the night. Meanwhile, Halle Bailey opted for something a little bit different. Hers was braided back into a length, thick ponytail.
For the celebs who dressed up, they didn’t miss out on bright eyes look or lipgloss swipes. Ari Lennox’s gem-adorned face complimented white-toned eyeshadow. And as for Megan Thee Stallion’s makeup? The rapper extraordinaire seemed to have the perfect mélange of the two looks. Monica opted for nude lip as well, but chose a matte finish to go with her eyeshadow and blue under eye liner. Then, there was Kerry Washington– both reminding us that you can’t go wrong with a nude lip.
